MSR is expected to launch the new Hubba Hubba™ Bikepack cycling tent in the first quarter of 2024
Traditional backpacking tents often have very long poles, making them difficult to fit on a bike and unable to meet its unique needs.
MSR's new range of tents features the popular Hubba Hubba range,
And some new features have been added to make them even closer to ideal for bikepackers!
Using the same symmetrical bar structure as the standard version, with two small Y-shaped bars at each end,
Comes with horizontal canopy bars to increase usable interior space
This model is available in single and two-person camp sizes, with integrated vestibule (larger than regular Hubba Hubba),
And it has a rectangular floor, which is suitable for bicycle backpackers, lightweight and spacious!
The single has one doorway, while the two-person size has two doorways and two vestibules for gear storage.
The tent is made from a blend of mesh and ripstop nylon and features a ripstop nylon door curtain for privacy and air circulation
There are also clotheslines inside and outside the camp, making it easy to dry sweaty or rain-soaked gear!
Lightweight and portable design, the lightest weight is only 0.9kg for a one-person camp and 1.4kg for a two-person camp
Waterproof, streamlined tent storage bag with taped seams easily attaches to bike poles
Removable spacer design allows the storage bag to be moved away from the handlebars, freeing up space for hands or accessories, and the head tube tensioner provides stability when off-road
PEU fabric coating and taped seams greatly improve water resistance
Functional StayDry™ door flysheet with built-in rain gutters and bracket vents for extra ventilation
Comes with internal and external clotheslines to easily dry sweaty or rain-soaked gear
Use a shorter split lightweight DAC aluminum frame to effectively reduce storage volume
There is a stargazing net window on the top of the inner tent camp. You can watch the stars by removing the outer tent.
