【Calculation of local shipping】

• Free shipping for any single purchase over $600 

• If the purchase does not exceed $600, the shipping fee will be charged in accordance to the actual weight of the goods (depending on the logistics company),

**Except for occasional free shipping promotions

According to the logistics information provided by the customer, it cannot be changed after the order has been shipped, please be sure to check your shipping address clearly.

Logistics method

1) Self-pickup by SF Express [self-pickup point/smart cabinet/convenience store]

(Hong Kong only)

Delivery time: Generally, your order will arrive within 1-2 working days after your order has been processed. After arrival, you will be notified by SMS message for pick-up

*If necessary, please list the outlet code/address, otherwise the outlet with the closest address will be used

2) SF Express home delivery

If the delivery address is Hong Kong residential area or  specific region , the delivery time may require 1 additional working day

3) Self Pick-up in Kwun Tong Store

Customers are welcomed to pick up any online order in our store.

【Overseas Shipping Calculation】

• Our store can arrange overseas shipping, please contact us in advance for oversea shipping arrangement 

• All arrangements to Macau/Taiwan will be made by SF Express. For accurate shipping estimation, you can check SF's official website.
• For other shipping area, the shipping cost will be charged by item weights, the shipping cost will be calculated and shown in the checkout page. 
• The maximum weight of package for overseas shipping is not more than 5kg
