The rental process is as follows:

1) Fill out the Google Form first and select the rental date and type of rental camping equipment.
2) The store will reconfirm the rental details with the customer via Whatsapp
3) Guests need to pay first to confirm the reservation
4) Our store arranges to pick up camp equipment at the store
5) Guests should go to the store to return the camping equipment after use and cleaning.

[Notes on rental dates]
When filling in the time for renting camping gear, guests can freely choose the number of days required. The rental date (from xx to xx) only needs to fill in the days you need to use. Guests can go to the store to pick up the camping gear one day in advance and return the camping gear the day after use. . If the return is late, a late surcharge of 20% of the total daily rental will be charged (less than 24 hours will be counted as one day)

If the guest needs to rent camping equipment for two days and one night between August 10th and August 11th (assuming the total value is $500), the guest can pick it up one day in advance on August 9th and return it on August 12th the day after the activity is completed. If guests return camp equipment after August 13, a $100 extension fee will be charged.

The pictures are for reference only. The rental items will be shipped based on the inventory at the time. If you need to specify the color/style, please inform our store in advance and try to arrange it.

[Deposit and appointment cancellation arrangements]
Guests are required to pay a deposit when picking up camping equipment at the store. The deposit is equal to the total rental fee, and the same calculation applies to additional rentals of camping equipment. If the returned equipment is clean and in good condition, the deposit paid will be refunded within 3 working days after the equipment is returned, after the store checks that the equipment is intact.

If the guest needs to reschedule/cancel the rental:

If rescheduling/cancellation is made 14 days or more before the rental date, guests can change to other dates/cancellation free of charge

If you cancel the order 5 days or before the rental date, we will charge 50% of the total rental price as a cancellation fee; if you make a change to the order, we will charge 20% of the total rental price as a change fee.

If you request a change/cancellation on the rental date or within 5 days, we will not accept rescheduling or cancellation, and will charge the full rental fee without any refund.



【Bad weather arrangements】
If a typhoon or heavy rain warning is expected to hit Hong Kong in the next one to two days, you can apply to our store for an extension/cancellation one day before the pickup date, and our store will handle it at our discretion. In addition to the circumstances listed above, we have the absolute right to make reasonable response measures based on the weather and actual conditions of the camp.



[Arrangements for pick-up/return of camp equipment at the store]
Guests who have successfully rented camping equipment can go to the Kwun Tong store to hand over the equipment during business hours one day before the rental date.

Please note when picking up the goods:
When picking up the goods, the store will carefully check the equipment with the customer and provide instructions on how to use it. Please check it on the spot in the store to protect your rights.
If there is any damage, please notify our store immediately. After the customer collects the camping equipment and leaves the store, he/she agrees that all equipment is normal and intact. If the quantity is found to be inconsistent and the camp equipment is damaged when returning the equipment, you must be responsible for compensation and be responsible for the retail price of the camping equipment set in our store as the compensation amount.


Please note when returning:
Customers are requested to return equipment in the same packaging and cleanliness standards as when they picked it up. If basic cleaning is not done, artificial soiling, damage or loss of equipment will be made, the deposit will be deducted and a cleaning fee or fine will be charged depending on the situation. If the deposit is insufficient In order to compensate the relevant amount, the restaurant will ask for all remaining funds from the guest.
*If it is used on the beach, in rainy or humid weather, guests must clean it thoroughly before returning it. If the returned rental equipment is excessively dirty, we will charge 50% of the rental fee for the individual equipment one by one (depending on the actual situation) ) for cleaning fees.
