Refund policy

 

1. Unless otherwise specified, returns will not be accepted.Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

2. According to the return policy, only the products you ordered with product quality problems such as defects or damage (not of your own fault) can be returned within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, provided that:

2.1 The return policy applies;

2.2. The Goods are unused and in the condition they were originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the Goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;

2.3. The packaging of the Goods must be in the condition in which they were delivered to you; and

2.4. Notify the store by email, phone or WhatsApp for return request, how to proceed with return.

3. You agree and accept that acceptance of return is at the sole discretion of the supplier.Under no circumstances will our store accept returns directly to our store, or be responsible for any damages you incur for any reason.

4. If you insist on canceling the entire order and refunding, we will charge a handling fee of 5% of the order amount to process your request.Or if you insist on canceling an item in the order, the shop will charge a handling fee of 5% of the item's price and postage to handle your request.

5. Refunds will be returned within 3 working days after the goods are recovered and checked.

6. For overseas customers, in any instance of return, the customer will be required to pay all shipping expenses to be considered for return. "Cash on delivery" returns will not be accepted.

 

Replacement Policy

1. Unless otherwise specified, replacement of goods will not be provided. Please read our replacement policy carefully before ordering.

2. According to the replacement policy, if the item you ordered has a product quality issues such as defect or damage (not of your own fault), or delivered Items not ordered by you, or delivered in an incorrect quantity, replacement can occur within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, provided that:

2.1. The replacement policy applies;

2.2. The Goods are unused and in the condition they were originally sold in, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the Goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;

2.3. The packaging of the Goods must be in the condition in which they were delivered to you; and

2.4. The request for replacement will be notified to the store by email, phone or WhatsApp. on how to proceed with replacement. If you choose to send by mail, you will be responsible for the return postage.

3. You agree and accept that the acceptance of product replacement is subject to stock availability.

4. You agree and accept that acceptance of replacement merchandise is at the sole discretion of the supplier.Under no circumstances will the shop be responsible for any damages you incur for any reason.

5. If you insist on canceling the entire order and refunding, we will charge a handling fee of 5% of the order amount to process your request.Or you can choose to exchange for other items, if the amount is less than the amount of your order, the store will not refund if the amount is more than the amount of your own order, you need to make up the difference.

6. The replacement item will be returned within 3 working days after the item is recovered and checked.
